Three thin rings circle the neck just below the rim. A glossy brown glaze covers most of the pot and fades into gray clay in places. There's a warm orange band near the base and a few pale drips of glaze running down from the top.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eKiln marks, dark smudges and little speckles show all over the surface. They're the natural quirks of a pot fired the old-fashioned way.
