Admission fees to various attractions and activities throughout the week are included in the ticket price.
Tuesday
Arrive at London Heathrow (LHR), where we’ll meet you and take you to the hotel in Oxford. Spend the day browsing around town, or take a nap if you wish. A welcome dinner will take place early in the evening to celebrate new friends and what’s to come.
Wednesday
After breakfast, we’ll tour deVOL’s Cotes Mill showroom to gather inspiration and shop pieces hand picked by Paul and Helen. Following the tour, we’ll head north to go antiquing in Lincolnshire. After checking into our hotel, we’ll get dinner in town and finish the evening with a pre-fair prep meeting.
Thursday
Early bird gets the worm! We’ll be up early and eat breakfast on the move. Shop Europe’s largest fair all day or head back to explore town after lunch. We’ll meet for dinner and end the night chatting about our fair finds!
Friday
We’ll head into the countryside, stopping at a few antique stores along the way. After lunch, we’ll have a mosey through Bakewell - a quaint little village famous for the Bakewell tart.
Saturday
We’ll tour the Chatsworth House and travel south to the Cotswolds. An afternoon of driving, finished with a private party at one of England’s biggest antique stores.
Sunday
A day for culture and camaraderie - picturesque towns, iconic architecture and traditional English cuisine. We’ll have a farewell dinner in the evening and rest up for the travel day ahead.
Monday
Return to LHR and fly home.

No, this is a week for treasure hunting. While we have included a few slower days in the countryside, we will spend the majority of the time sourcing.
Yes. We provide transportation to and from London Heathrow on the first and last day of the trip. Be sure to make other transportation arrangements should your plans require.
Some of the days are long, but you’ll always have the option to take a break if needed.
Yes! There is a place on the registration form for dietary needs. We will make sure you have suitable options throughout the trip.
Of course. Please make your own rental arrangements and meet us at the hotel for check in.
There are two options at checkout:
Option one: purchase the ticket that includes shipping up to 280 cubic ft and your items will be shipped to your house.
Option two: purchase the ticket that does not include shipping. An empty suitcase will be provided to you at no cost to bring your items home.
Yes. You will receive an invoice for the deposit ($3200) within 24 hours of booking. This is non-refundable. The remaining trip balance can be paid in installments. The full ticket price is due 90 days prior to departure.
A considerable amount of driving will take place on the trip. We’ll average about 90 minutes of travel time per day, with the longest drive being three hours.
